Reposado tequila, blood orange, black tea and panela—built over heavy ice for the people still at the table.
32 oz bucket build
- 5 oz iced black tea
- 3 oz tequila reposado
- 2 oz blood orange juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz panela syrup
- 2 oz sparkling water
- Small pinch of sea salt
- Heavy ice
Method
Fill the bucket heavily with ice. Add the black tea, reposado tequila, blood orange juice, lime juice, panela syrup and sea salt. Stir until very cold. Finish with sparkling water and garnish with blood orange and lime.
Stay for one more.
